Bernard McFadden III is a dedicated real estate professional committed to helping homeowners reclaim tax surplus funds throughout Central Maryland. His life's work reflects a journey marked by rigorous education and a dynamic career in finance. Raised with a strong foundation in Jesuit schooling, Bernard was instilled with values of discipline, critical thinking, and a commitment to service. This formative education not only shaped his ethical approach to life but also honed his analytical skills, which would later prove invaluable in the complex world of finance.

After studying in Morgan State University’s Earl Graves Honors Business Program and receiving mentorship from Charles and Ian Parrish, he embarked on a multifaceted career in finance. He adeptly navigated various roles that required a profound grasp of market dynamics, risk management, and financial strategy. His career journey took him through sales, lending, asset management, and financial consulting, where he earned a reputation for his meticulous precision and talent for bringing teams together to achieve shared financial objectives.

In addition to his real estate endeavors, Bernard is also a dedicated father, family man, and a pillar in his community. When he's not immersed in real estate, Bernard enjoys attending community financial literacy events , spending time with family at our local YMCA, and discovering new opportunities to give back to the communities that molded me into the man I am today.
